At Branch Counseling and Trauma Center we hold client care to be of the utmost importance. It is the goal of Branch Counseling and Trauma Center to provide a safe place for clients to receive evidence-based therapy along with a faith-based perspective, for clients whose faith is an essential aspect of their treatment. At Branch Counseling and Trauma Center we focus on caring for clients struggling with a range of concerns, with particular emphasis on providing specialized care for those who have experienced trauma.
Areas of Specialty Include: Trauma related concerns, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar 1 & 2, Adjustment Disorder, Marriage concerns, Family concerns, Foster care & Adoption concerns as well as other mental health concerns.

Therapists on Branch Counseling and Trauma Center are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited licensed professional clinical counselors (LPC, LPCC or LPCC-S), licensed independent social workers (LSW, LISW or LISW-S.) All of them have a Master’s Degree in their field. They have been qualified and certified by their state’s professional board after successfully completing the necessary education, exams, training and practice. While their experience, expertise, and background vary, they all possess at least 3 years and 1,000+ hours of hands-on experience.
Do you prescribe medication?
Branch Counseling and Trauma Center does not offer psychiatric services. For clients needing psychiatric service, your clinician will refer you to local psychiatrist in the area. You can find a list of psychiatrists in network through your insurance company.
Can I come to Branch Counseling and Trauma Center if I do not want to incorporate faith in my treatment?
At Branch Counseling and Trauma Center we believe in meeting the client where they are. If you do not wish to incorporate faith into your treatment, we will honor that. Please let your clinician know your preference so that you can be provided with the treatment focused on your personal belief system.
Do you offer reduced rate?
Yes, we offer reduced rates for qualified clients. Please let your clinician know if you qualify for reduced rate. Branch Counseling and Trauma Center does follow the Ohio Poverty Scale for 2020.
Do you see children?
Yes, there are clinicians that offer treatment for children.
What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. (emdria.org, 2021).
